Srushti Dehmukh started preparing for UPSC in the final stage of her engineer diploma. She questioned whether engineering was the best career choice for her. It was later discovered the dream job she wanted was working in the civil service. She started to focus on it. Her parents to go after careers in civil services and get ready for the tests. Her motivation was never lost and she focused on becoming an IAS Officer. To be eligible for UPSC the candidate must do more. The student also studied for UPSC exams while taking engineering classes. Her belief is that staying focused solely on what needs to be done is key to passing this test. She was very focused on passing this exam and put in a lot of amount of work.
